1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LearnFireAI.

2. Earning & Withdrawals
LF Points are virtual credits. Minimum withdrawal: 100,000 LF. Account must be at least 90 days old. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. 0.5% fee covered by the platform.

3. Revenue Share
50% of all platform revenue is distributed back to the community based on activity.

4. Fair Use
Any fraudulent activity (multiple accounts, bots, cheating) will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings.

5. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

6. Liability
LearnFireAI is not responsible for any financial losses. Cryptocurrency values are volatile.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered.

Information We Collect
Email address, encrypted password, wallet address (optional), and in-app activity (earnings, referrals, game plays).

How We Use Data
To provide the earning service, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, and improve the app. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data Storage
All data is stored on secure Cloudflare KV servers. Passwords are hashed using SHA-256.

Your Rights
You may request account deletion by contacting support. Deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.

Cookies
Only essential local storage for authentication and app state. No tracking cookies.

Third Parties
We may use ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob) which collect anonymized device data. Their policies apply separately.

Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Updates
Policy changes will be notified via in-app announcement.
